Greetings all,
Here's a short step for step, for adding pictures to Hash Flash.
If a Sub Album is not already created for an event, please contact hashweb and one will be created. Once a new Sub Album is created, please
follow the below instructions.
1. Login the MH3 Website
2. Click on "Hash Flash" in the Left Panel.
3. Click on A main Album (Ofest/Local/Away Hashes/Misc)
4. Click on on an Sub Album
5. On the Left side menu, in the "G2 Options Menu", click on "Add Items".
6. The file upload window appears.
7. The "From Browser", is for 1 pic at a time. For uploading multiple pictures use the "Upload Applet" (You Must Have JAVA Installed) If
you get any pop-ups click the box that says "Trust Applet" and click OK.
8. Once The Applet Loads use the Add Pictures and Upload buttons on the bottom. Use can use the CTRL or SHIFT keys to select multiple
files a 1 time.
* Please rename your pix/files to the following name format before uploading - Hash_Nmbr-PictureNmbr-Your Initials.
EXAMPLE: R*n 428, Picture 1, Done By Palmala Handerson... Sample: 428-001-PH
If Your Initals are already in use in the subalbum, then add a 3rd letter/Initial of your choice.
** Please also note that there is a size limit of 2MB per picture. If your pix are bigger than this then you need to resize them.
