Oktoberfest 2011 Registration

Oktoberfest Hash Weekend 23rd - 25th September

As usual we're offering people the chance to attend the weekend without having to pay for entry to the Saturday night beer tent (some folks have been here often enough that the tent no longer holds the appeal that it once did). Want to come without going into the tent? It's EUR 30 less. Please note that we have a fixed number of 80 places in the tent and once they're sold out, they're sold out. Every activity other than the Saturday tent is unlimited.

Early Bird: cost is EUR 90, payable till 31st May and not a day later. Not going to the beer tent? Cost is EUR 60 

Otherwise the cost is EUR 105 from 1st June 2011. Not going to the beer tent? Cost is EUR 75 from 1st June 2011.

Please pay our Hash Cash once you have registered in order to secure your place at the world's biggest beer festival.

We are now booked out but you can still register below to be put on the waiting list, in case people pull out (this does sometimes happen).

Please make sure you fill out all the boxes or else your form won't go through and you will have to go through the whole process again!

Please keep in mind that you should sort out your accommodation as soon as possible!


Payment Details

Payments should be made by bank transfer (please mention your hash name in the reference details!). We do realise that this is a bit of a hassle for our North American friends.  Please contact Hash Cash if it's a problem.  Cash payments in person before the event are also possible.  Promises of cash payments at the door are accepted on a discretionary basis.
