MH3 A drinking club with a running problem...

RA did a
splendid job with the weather, we were in t-shirts not a cloud in the sky, just
the perfect day for a hash.
When us
late cumers arrived at the tram stop we were picked up by a courtesy shuttle,
thanks bones and we are not worthy speedo. The walk to the start was almost as
long as the first check?I folded the pram and was about to shove the lot in the
boot when a horrified lot of men insist I take the baby out first, she was all
right, fast asleep!
A crowd
were there to listen to our virgin hare, Palmala
Handerson, and startled us with a few new ideas, one was a check point. Looked
more like a bird?s eye view of a Mexican. Anyway there was hardly any flour on
the trail, not because the bugs ate it but coz there weren?t none.
So after I found a baby sitter, I decided to join the runners. Wish I
didn?t , what fool I was, th*nking that if a walker laid the trail it would be
a doddle.
The trail was laid in Perlacher forst, so for the first mile or so was a
slow easy jog, came to the check point, the idea was to look for a bag with
goodies and a map, the map showing us to the next check which was even more
miles away. I gave up, and Speedo did his calf muscle in, and as he had a map
we decided to talk to the end. When we met up with the others, half monty told
us they?d done 6.8 km already. Made it to the drink stop, how come I was the
last even though I was between two hashers with maps. Short cut was bleeding
awful. Speedo insisted we cut across, Shirt Lifter said stay on the trail. In
the end Speedo said out aloud ?Shirty you are right? Did get to see the mögl
though (is that what the hill is called?).
At the drink stop the hare (whilst perched on his bike) informed the
runners that there was at least another 8 or so km to go, so the runners ran
back with the walkers.
Circled up, after munching on the goodies that were provided and here

Too short, too long, awesome, room for improvement, too much shiggy. I
didn?t have a pen by then so that was all I remembered.
The RA then declared that the hare was to drink with each down down, and
as AMC was his co-hare (helped mark the trail to the start) AMC was to have
every 5th down down.
